¤      Hello and happy summer everyone! Welcome to the AASIA website.  Some of you maybe wondering what we're all about.  Here is our mission statement:

To enhance campus and community awareness,
promote academic excellence,
address Asian American issues,
and provide social and cultural programming.

AASIA is more than an organization, we are family.  If you become a part of our organization, you will always have a place where you belong.  This right now is last year's website and its filled with memories of the past year's events.

We provide our members with the opportunity to meet new people and have fun at the same time learning about culture and our identity as Asian Americans.  We aim to break the stereotype of the "Model Minority" by showing the UIC community what we are capable of as individuals.  We achieve this through are two main events Imperial Ball and imaginASIAN.  Curious?
