Who can become a member?

The Indian Students Association is open to any student, faculty or staff of University of Illinois at Chicago. We are predominantly an organization for South Asian students but we strongly encourage students from all walks of life. Our association is dedicated to educating the young entrepreneurs and community leaders of tomorrow about our rich cultural heritage.

In all seriousness though, We have many smaller events planned for our members as well as the major events such as Diwali Night, our two Formals in the Fall and Spring followed by after parties, Movie Nights, and the big Basketball Tournament. Financially, it is cheaper to become a member and go to the events than to be a non-member that attends the events.
