Taste of UIC - (21st Sept 2005)

The Taste of UIC is a popular event for satisfying those craving taste buds. Many student organizations view this day in the Fall semester (In September) as a way to make money for their organization, and others view this day as another opportunity to gain exposure for their organization; regardless, everybody at the Taste of UIC has a fun time. This event is promoted throughout the campus and is organized as part of the Unity month Celebrations and draws crowds of hungry students.

SLGSA also participated in this event, mainly to present Sri Lankan foods to the UIC community and to raise funds for the organization, providing an interesting activity for the organization members.
