I used First Aid as my guide. I started by reviewing my weak areas - micro and embryo. I used the Kaplan books as a source and also the lange review book for micro/immuno. Then I just went pretty much in order in First Aid. For path I used BRS, for pharm the cards and Kaplan books if I needed any filler for other things. I also used Lippincott's for biochem on a couple of occassions. Throughout I did questions on Q-bank - not by subject but randomly. I also kept taking my own notes in First Aid - anything that I thought was relevant or stuff that I kept having problems with consistently.
My timeline - started studying in late spring - I'd say maybe a few weeks before finals, picked it up a little bit over spring practicum and then intense 14-15 hour days for the last few weeks. The last week involved going through First Aid again, BRS path and Q-bank. Overall, I probably went throught First Aid 3-4 times, BRS path twice and Q-bank almost twice.
