Welcome to the web site of the UIC chapter of the American Medical Student Association® (AMSA). AMSA is the oldest medical student group in the USA. We host numerous speakers and workshops throughout the year, work to improve healthcare, medical education, and civil rights, promote advocacy, and lobby Congress on issues that are important to medical students, doctors, and our patients. We are proud to be one of the most active student groups in the College of Medicine.
