NOTE: You are not allowed to enter the lagoon unless a qualified lifeguard and a motorized life boat is present. If you violate these rules you can be arrested by the Chicago Police Department and subjected to fines, therefore NO practicing the night before the competition or before 8:00 am on Friday April 22, 2004. This is not open to discussion and note you are all forewarned.
