The Jane Addams Student Steering Committee provides leadership opportunities for students. It sponsors lectures and colloquia as well as social events. It serves as a channel of communication to administration and faculty of the College. It also assists in orienting students. Social Work students are encouraged to serve on College standing committees. The Student Steering Committee is responsible for nominating student representatives for the standing committees.
