  • Fun and exciting social events throughout the year help us develop great friendships, a stronger peer support system, and amazing memories! We believe that these activities enhance relationships among members as students and engineers but most importantly as individuals.

      SWE General Body Meetings  

  • Bimonthly general body meetings provide members with information pertaining to professional and academic opportunities as well as seminars and workshops that promote personal growth. Our meetings cover a range of topics including resume writing, professional networking, time and stress management, how to acquire good studying habits, and much more!

  • There is no doubt that SWE has worked very hard to be where it is today. Since our section was Chartered at UIC, we have dedicated our efforts to providing members with a number of different resources to help them succeed academically and professionally. We have learned from our previous work and will continue to do our best to serve female engineering students at UIC.
