Christian Pharmacist Fellowship International is a worldwide, interdenominational ministry of individuals working in all areas of pharmaceutical service and practice. CPFIs mission is to help pharmacy professionals grow spiritually and promote fellowship among pharmacists. We encourage the advancement of knowledge and ethics in the practice of pharmacy, as well as integration of faith into the practice of pharmacy. (www.cpfi.org)
In essence, we are a gathering of brothers and sisters boneded in the blood of Jesus Christ. As Christians, we believe in the reality of God and find it important to be real to each other. Here at CPFI we seek to gain knowledge and wisdom in life together, and look to the Holy Bible as our source. The pursuit of being a professional pharmacist includes, among many other things, the development of integrity within the practice, honesty toward patients, and fellowship among fellow pharmacists. CPFI is an organization that strongly promotes such ideas, just as God promotes such ideas. Therefore, it is our pursuit to seek truth and spiritual growth through our weekly meetings. We cordially invite you to join us in our endeavor, as CPFI is not exclusive to Christians. Anyone interested in Christianity is welcome to attend our meetings.
CPFI meets each week during the day throughout the academic year. Meetings are held at 12:30pm in Room 470/498 on the 4th floor of the College of Pharmacy. Our weekly meetings feature bible studies, guest speakers who cover a variety of topics, songs, fun and games.
