Pursuing PhD in Chemical Engineering at University of Illinois, Chicago. Member of the Advanced Materials Research Laboratory (AMReL). Working on—(1) thin film deposition and characterization of multiferroic materials & high-k materials, and (2) calculation of the electron energy-loss spectra of high-k materials using WIEN2k for studying the Si/high-k interfaces.
